PROCEDURE

- Wristband Registration and Charging

When purchasing or exchanging a Tradidanças ticket at the festival ticket office, each participant receives a wristband.
For consumption on the premises, each wristband must be topped up with a balance.
The bracelets can be loaded as follows:

- Charging via the 360CITY FUN app

  • Download the 360CITY FUN app;
  • Register with your mobile number or e-mail address;
  • Click on "Identifiers" and scan the QR Code on the wristband or touch it to the NFC reader on your cell phone to link your wristband to the event;
  • Top up the desired amount with a debit/credit card or MBWAY.

- Charging at the counters on the festival site (marked)

  • Charge the wristband by debit/credit card, MBWAY or cash.
- Payment

Each participant must:

  • Place your order;
  • Confirm the amount and pay by touching the wristband to the terminal;
  • You can also check your wristband balance in the 360CITY FUN app or at the payment terminal.
- Refund

At the end of the event, you can request a refund via the following link https://refund.360city.pt/
No local refunds.
Online refunds, after the end of the event, run until August 12, 2024, at 23:59.
