Organized by the Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Tur\u00edstica e Agr\u00edcola da Serra da Arada (ATASA) in partnership with the Municipality of S\u00e3o Pedro do Sul, it is an event that brings together professional and amateur musicians and dancers around Portuguese and world roots music.<br>It is an event that attracts interest from people everywhere because of its participatory nature (workshops in various areas), because it is suitable for all ages (lots of programming for children), because it is environmentally conscious and because it takes place in close contact with local people.<br>As well as promoting the cultural and natural heritage of the area in which it takes place - such as the singing of women's voices or the natural swimming pools in its surroundings - it aims to give stage to the best of the trad-folk musical world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"280\" height=\"196\" src=\"https:\/\/tradidancas.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/logo_atasa.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1142\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">A ATASA \u2013 Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Tur\u00edstica e Agr\u00edcola da Serra da Arada \u00e9 uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o de dinamiza\u00e7\u00e3o sociocultural e empresarial, sem fins lucrativos, que visa a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do territ\u00f3rio da serra da Arada no \u00e2mbito do turismo, da agricultura e da sua interliga\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvendo atividades nessas \u00e1reas e tamb\u00e9m nas \u00e1reas do ambiente, da cultura, da hist\u00f3ria e dos diversos patrim\u00f3nios, procurando a salvaguarda, a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o e a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o das potencialidades da comunidade local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATASA's mission is to look for new sources of study, promote and stimulate agriculture and tourism, working with local entrepreneurs, partners and the community, preserving traditions, helping local projects to gain momentum and estabilishing links.
